This is a full-time position assisting with inside sales. We offer a great work environment, competitive wages, and group benefits.

Responsibilities:

While aligning to the Core Values of our organization, the Customer Service Representative works directly with a Senior Account Manager to aid in the maintenance of a provided book of business of Nothers clients that represent Corporate Businesses, Sport Organizations, Not-for-Profit Associations, and Government agencies. The role is sales-focused, and the successful candidate would be accountable for helping maintain or exceed the forecasted budget. The candidate is part of a sales team that manages existing accounts and simultaneously prospects for new business development. He/she is a point of contact for their assigned Senior Account Manager’s assigned accounts, working closely with all internal departments (graphic arts, purchasing, etc.) and outside sales associates on occasion. The Account Coordinator will also have opportunities to develop their own book of business as time progresses.

The candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills and be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing; degree in Corporate, Event or Sports Management an asset.
  • Previous work experience in fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous involvement with sports organizations or corporate event planning preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate on new product development research with Senior Account Manager and operations/purchasing team.
  • Experienced in preparing and delivering presentations both in person and virtually.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well organized with a high attention to detail.
  • A willingness to work through training where necessary.
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in Data Entry and Microsoft 365.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Consistently represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Experience using Lakeshore or other content management system is an asset but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Data entry and sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Fast-paced position.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
  • Able to lift 50lbs

If successful in this role, candidates will have an opportunity for growth internally in the company. Opportunities may include advancement to Account Manager and/or Marketing and Social Media Coordinating. Attendance to company sponsored events will also further your knowledge in the awards and promotional products industry.
